Who can use the service

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement.

Your photos and consent

• Upload only photos of yourself, of adults who have agreed, or of pets you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, or of anyone without their permission.
• You keep all rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them only to create and deliver your video.

What you must not do

We may refuse, remove or not deliver content that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that do so repeatedly. To report misuse of your likeness or prohibited content, contact support@windowpeep.com with the relevant media URL or order details.

• Create nudity, sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery (including AI-generated imagery), sexual deepfakes, or violent, hateful or harassing content.
• Use a video to stalk, threaten or embarrass a real person, or to suggest someone was really watched or filmed without consent.
• Present a video as real footage, impersonate someone, or use it to mislead or defraud.
• Infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or privacy, or try to break, overload or bypass the service.

Payments and refunds

• Each video is a one-time purchase. The final price is shown on the button before checkout and charged in US dollars through Stripe. It includes applicable taxes; tax is not added on top at checkout. Your bank may charge its own currency conversion or international payment fees. There is no subscription.
• Generation starts only after payment succeeds.
• If generation fails, you get a full refund automatically, back to your original payment method.
• Because each video is generated on demand, completed videos are not refundable. If a delivered video is broken or clearly not what you ordered, email support@windowpeep.com within 7 days and we will make it right with a refund or a new video.

Your videos

You may use your videos for personal and social media purposes. They are AI-generated; please do not pass them off as real footage. Similar prompts can produce similar results for other users, so we cannot promise a video is unique. Videos are deleted 7 days after they are made, so download anything you want to keep.

The service

AI output can be unpredictable: faces, motion and details may differ from your photo. The service is provided “as is” without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
